
Master of Biomedical Sciences - Mercer University School of Medicine
The Masters in Biomedical Sciences Program (MSBMS) is a research-intensive, thesis-based graduate program designed to prepare students for employment in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries; healthcare; teaching; and for further postgraduate studies at the doctoral level in medicine (MD, DO), dental medicine (DMD), or in basic and applied/translational research (PhD).
Applicants for the MSBMS Program should have completed the following prior to enrollment: A BS or BA degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4-point scale. GRE or MCAT scores must also be submitted at the time of application. Preference will be given to applicants who have either majored in a natural science or who have taken extensive coursework in the sciences.
